Learning Some History

Last night J and I had dinner with the ZBK. We shared a big plate of Dagupan's Pride in Seafood Island, it was sulit.

Seafood Island's Dagupan Pride. (for 5-6 people)

Some conversation pieces:

North and South Korea (well mostly North). Kim Jong-il and his rule. I was left wondering, what do the people there know and what do they do? How is survival? What could life be like? How do they study the science of their nukes? We can only guess, who knows what happens there.

North Korea Army

Kim Jong-il.

Japan. World War 2 stories of abuse, tortures and killings. Babies thrown up in the air then killed with bayonets. Presently, Japan has already renounced its right to declare war and use its military for to settle international disputes. Then we thought, has Japan silently prepared its nation's defense when uncertainties come? Is their technology so advanced that their buildings will suddenly transform into robots, firing all intruders and winning a war? Or will this man come out and save them?

Remember Ultraman? Does he really grow by rubbing himself? Jejeje

Uglypay. A term coined from Aglipay (church) meaning ugly, chaka, pangit. Beauty pang foreigner!

Laughter is priceless especially when you share stories with your friends. :-)
